I whipped this up a few afternoons ago because it's really warm here and all my summer dresses are still in boxes.  I like it so much I think I might copy it and make a few more!

It does and I definitely put one on later that night...It's anywhere from 20-30 degrees here in the day at the moment but drops to like 10 at night.

I drafted it myself! 

Just basically make a simple sack of a dress with cap raglan sleeves and sew elastic along the top and the edge of the sleeves.  Then use elastic thread in your bobbin to pull in under the bust and do as many rows of that as you'd like!
