Please keep this thread for...

Tattoos on yourself
Tattoos you've personally designed and have been inked on someone else
Tattoos you have physically tattooed on yourself or someone else

Please post ideas and discussions of tattoos you're considering in the future on this thread: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=30765.0
Thanks all!

Hi all, I have started a new thread since the old one was getting rather long and kind of out of control (ie people hadn't been following the rules and I hadn't been properly moderating them)

This thread is for posting pics of tattoos you have designed yourself or actually tatooed yourself.  If you don't state that you have tattooed or designed it yourself I will start limbo-ing and pm'ing people to make sure (please respond to my pm's promptly or your posts will possibly be deleted). If it is clear you did not design it, I will move it to the new off-topic tattoo thread here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=306138.0 if you are a Friend of Craftster. Thanks, MareMare

The old thread is here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=291979.0

I had some trouble posting though, because, strictly I didn't design my tattoo but when I clicked the link you posted I received this message:

The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.

So maybe I have to friend of crafster (which I'm not) to see it? But I really wanted to post it.
i hope I didn't do too wrong :S

Didn't you draw it? I remember seeing the picture of the drawing... If you didn't then it should be deleted.

The reason for the new board is that this thread is because pictures of tattoos posted are supposed to be tattoos you have designed or actually tattooed yourself...this is a crafting website after all!  Wink

I did create a new thread in the FOC off topic section for any tattoos that people want to show off.

Yay!  This an exciting topic.  I have 2 tattoos, both of which I drew myself.  I learned how to draw celtic knots for the express reason of getting tattooed Grin

First is inside on my left wrist, it's maybe 2.5 inches long.

And my second is inside my right ankle.  I'm a musician, and the first design I started working on was a music note in celtic knot form- I mean, how cool could that be?  It's not obviously note-y, but I still like it Smiley  Please ignore my non-existant arches lol.

Hope you like Smiley
