That's a very 50s dress.  There's more of that kind in the Vintage Vogue, or you could look on eBay for something under their collectibles/sewing/patterns section where you'll find vintage patterns.

I recently just bought this pattern from vintage vogue.

It's hard to see but view A has the halter straps and the top  while fitted doesn't dip down in front, it comes straight across the chest.

looking at the back of the envelope.....

It goes up to size 18, the bust size is 40, waist 32 and hip 42.
