I wanted to keep a journal to jot down ideas and lists of things and have it sort of pop artish, but the ones that I found in the stores started about about $12 and went up from there, so I decided to make my own.

This worked out even better and everything but the felt and the glue on this is recycled/upcycled cardboard and paper and my cost out of pocket was under 25 cents.

As this was my first attempt at something like this, it is a little rough, but I do plan on making more for these for Christmas presents.

I like that you made a pop art journal out of a pop box. Wink

How did you bind it? Did you just glue all of the pages to the spine?

I like the kind of rough edges the paper seems to have.  Plus, you're right about the store made journals being outrageously priced!

I think I might try something like that, (but use a pepsi box, because pepsi kinda owns. Tongue )
this is really really cool.

Love this!  I second the question - how did you bind it all?

I am curious about the binding as well. This is a great idea for all my friends that like to write stuff down.
