I'm looking to organize my closet. These boxes are adorable and look very craftable, I'm just not sure where to start (most of my craft-related experience has to do with sewing clothing). I'd like to try to recreate them out of something like cardboard covered with fabric. Any ideas? Smiley

Hi just.tonks, maybe you can make "rulers" like that:
You can cut then in cardboard and cover with paper or fabric using decoupage glue.
Good luck and please, when you make it, show here?

That might work pretty well! Thanks for replying~

If I try this and end up with something I like well enough to use, I'll definitely post pictures. Smiley

I bought some similar boxes from Ikea that were fairly reasonably priced. You could easily change those if you didn't want to make them from cardboard.

I plan to stain mine red mahogony and add some metal embossing.
