Whew!  Seven bags in two weeks for my daughter's wonderful teachers and therapists.  Made from thrifted clothes with a little yardage from the stash thrown in when needed.  I used my own pattern.  Total usage:  2 pairs of pants, 3 skirts, 2 dresses and a pair of shorts.  Blogged at http://gwenshouse.wordpress.com/2009/05/21/what-i-did-for-the-past-two-weeks.

That is a neat idea! I always had trouble figuring out what to get for teachers, they can only have so many coffee mugs Cheesy

Great gift and I love that you made it from reused materials.  My favourite is the fish one - great focus on the pattern.

My mom is a teacher and I know something like this would be a wonderful gift that she could actually use!  As CraftyAggie said, they can only have so many coffee cups!  You are so thoughtful and I know that they are going to appreciate them!
