Hiya,
I've been very bust recently having been inspired by several recent threads! This is my most recent creation, I used heart of Mary's tutorial (http://pinoyinoz.blogspot.com/2008/07/tutorial-messenger-bag-with-zip-top.html) for most of the bag, I did not include a back pocket however and I had no magnetic snaps so had to use velcro instead! Sewing through so many layers broke a needle or two on my machine but the end result was worth it! The main fabric is a cream linen, and I used Amy Butler's Belle 'Corriander' fabric for the flap. It's lined in a spotty brown cotton. C & C appreciated xxx

Wow, that's a beautiful bag.  You did a wonderful job sewing it, it looks so professional and I love the Amy Butler fabric!

Love the fabric combination.  And the tie detail on the strap, that's really nice Smiley

The fabric tie and metal ring combo means the strap is super easy to adjust!  Cheesy
