I am a teacher at a Russian school. There was a project - Travel Buddy. My students (4 girls - 12-14 years old) sent a matrioshka doll to an American girl called Nadia. We got a doll from her. We called it Pugovka (that means "button" in Russian). Pugovka was travelling in St Petersburg for 5 months. The project is finished and we have posted our artjournal to the USA. It isn't perfect but that was our first artjournal! Here you can see some pages, not all)) Let's start with the cover -

I don't think it is too bad))) We did our best. Now we are looking forward to an American artjournal.

What a fun and interesting project!  I think the children did well!  The pages are colorful, informative, and artsy!

It reminds me of the "Make A Friend Swaps" that we do here...I love seeing the pictures from other places around the country!
