Basset Hound Pastel Portrait

So I did this one for a friend, she does a lot of work with Basset Hound Rescue. Her coffee shop has a lot of Basset Hound related things as well and I thought she might like it for her store. I really like this one, I put it on my new business cards.

That is a gorgeous portrait! The eyes, as mentioned, are very realistic, and I'm always jealous of people who can accurately depict fur.

I love this. I adore basset hounds and this is just fantastic. I had one for many many years and I miss him a lot. Truly an amazing breed.
