Bead Soup Swap

I was thinking about having a bead soup swap. Bead soup is what I call all the beads that I have left over after I make something.  I think that it would be so cool to have a swap with other beaders because I know that we all have those random left over beads.

I like this idea. Would love to get rid of beads and receive some new ones. Maybe we could make a bracelet or earrings to go with the soup?

How many beads would you suggest to swap?
I think maybe it would be cool to trade a length of strung beads. But it could also be measured by weight. Or whatever the partners agree upon, ect.

Never done a swap before, but I would be extremely interested in this one- I'm time-poor, but bead-rich- had to close down my jewelry and henna biz last summer and get a "real" job, so I have TONS of stone, pearls, glass, etc. Oh, and those little acrylic skull beads that you always see on Ebay, too- got about 1000 of those, thanks to wholesale suppliers! Keep us all posted!!
