Hm.. I'll keep this one bookmarked!

I'd have to check my stash to make sure I have the amounts required though, as beading isn't my main craft. . . (nothing is my main craft! I'm a jack-of-all-crafts, master-of-none type)

And the sending-but-not-receiving would work  if there was an uneven number of swappers or non-direct partnering. OR you could just ask someone for a personal swap, and you could trade for a completed something. Or such.

I have SO MUCH bead soup, I'd love to offload some of it for shiny new beads in return [grin]

Can I just send my random beads to someone and not get anything in return? I'm trying to clean out my crafting boxes (boyfriends moving in to my miniscule apartment) and need the shelf space for other stuff.

Santacruzsugar, I would TOTALLY take you up on that if you're serious!  PM me if you are!  If there is something you are looking for to add to your stash, I might have it in mine to offer you as a trade if you'd like.

As for the swap, I'd love to join.  I swore off swapping for a bit, since I'm out of work for a little while and poor, but I have tons of beads and would love to swap to just change up my stash a bit.  My mom found a giant 1 gallon bag of Czech glass beads, in about 15 different sizes/shapes/colors.  They're beautiful and I love them, but I'll never ever use ALL of them and would love to share the goodness.  While I think jars of whimsies are adorable, I'd prefer to just mail someone beads in a bubble envelope to save on shipping.  Oh, and I'd be happy to enclose a small jewelry item like a bracelet or earrings!

All we need now is an organizer!  I have never organized before and always seem to be WAY too busy to do so....

Well, I could organize if I had to.  I did just complete my Outlander, which was my first as an organizer, and it went well.  Plus I'm out of work for a while, so I have time.  But, as fair warning, I'll be away from home for 2 weeks, from July 1-14.  I should have internet access (I'm going to spend 2 weeks with my parents in NH for a few weddings) but certainly less time than I have at home.  Anyone else, without a prior commitment, able to organize?

Ok, well no one else has stepped up to offer to organize, so I guess I'll do so.  You guys still up for this?
