Thanks for all the kind comments guys! I really love making these little creatures, so I'm glad other people like them. The Dawn Spirit was made with a variegated mohair mix yarn, and the Rock Spirit with an alpaca mix, which is particularly soft. I use a pet wire brush to make these kinds of yarn really fuzz out.
