Monster Purse - monster pictures

This was for the Fill a Purse Swap My partner emphasized her love for monster purses in her questionnaire, so I made this purse and accessories to accommodate that love. I had the green monster fabric in my stash and the rest just came together from there.



I did not use a pattern. I just measured, cut and sewed - well, I did do some quilting in between there. The purse has a bunch of pockets inside and out (I love pockets in purses).



I put my name inside - I'm still not confident enough to put my name on the outside of purses...



all the fillers...a small project bag, a small wallet w/ID slot (and three pockets - one of which has a zipper), a tea wallet, and a tissue pouch were the coordinates I made to go along with the purse.

This is just gorgeous!  I love it.  Most definitely rocks.  And you should TOTALLY feel confident enough to put your name on the outside of your work, I would be most proud to show off that purse (and the cute stuff in it).

I saw it on the new projects bit and thought "WOW!" I had to see more. This is absolutely amazing, really well made. You should definitely have confidence to put your label on the outside.
