I stenciled and reconstructed a shirt for the Decorated shirt swap.  The stencil is a vector of a Alphonse Mucha painting.  The material of the shirt was light enough that I was able to place the image under the fabric and still see the hard outlines.  The whole thing is handpainted and took about 6+ hours to do.

Okay here's my pics of the shirt

The Front
I used Tulip soft fabric paint for most of the colours.
The red is Christmas Red Metalic
the black is Night Sky Pearl
the skin tone was champagne pearl
the silver was a mix of while fabric paint and dolk art silver paint (I forgot to pick up silver paint hahahaha)

The Back
A full shot of the corset detail.  I wasn't sure if the shirt was going to be too loose at the top so I chopped the small loops used for holding the shirt on a hanger and added some more ribbon there as a neck tie.

Detail of the grommets of DOOM!
This is a close up of the hand stitching I had to do around EVERY grommet.  The original fabric was super stretchy and the grommets just fell out.  I didn't have enough time to get new grommets so I reinserted the original ones and sewed around them to reinforce them.  I used a red topstitching thread, and it took me about 5-6 hours to do all of them (about a half hour for each grommet)

Oh my gosh, great shirt!  Did you do the vector yourself?

Btw, kudos for doing anything Mucha related.  I dearly <3 Mucha!
