I had a nice moment on the train this morning.  I live at the end on the E-line in Jamaica Plain (neighborhood of Boston for non-locals), and only a few people get on the train there each morning.  So I hop on and take my usual seat and I start to rumage through my bag for my knitting.  When I look up the rock n' roll girl seated across from me was knitting as well.  We smiled at each other knowingly and continued our rows.  God bless the femine arts revolution.

Nce!  I live in Boston too (Cambridge) and often thing that if I only took the T to work I'd probably get a lot more crocheting done.. I took the bus for a while and would plow through at least one book a week on the ride to and from work.. Now I walk which is great but I often miss that little extra time for reading or crocheting.. Seems like when I get home I'm too distracted by other things to get much done......

Yay for the T (sometimes anyway!)
