So many beautiful outfits! I really like all of the care and detail that you've put into each of the peices. Your topstitching is perfect

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.

I love it all! The gardening pants are so great. I'm envious of how quickly you sew! For the newborn outfit, did you just use ribbing as the accent on the neck and pocket?

The neck and pocket binding is made from FOE (fold over elastic) on that outfit, it made it super easy to deal with compared to using ribbing (love FOE for anything like that which usually is done with ribbing)

Oh man!  I love the corduroy cargos and the garden pants!  Super work!  Do you use patterns or draft it all yourself?

Some are mine, drafted off Levi's measurements, some are Ottobre patterns, and some are modifications or combinations of a variety of patterns or a combination of my pattern mixed with ideas from another source. 

i.e. the garden pants is my pants pattern made based on his measurments, + pockets designed by looking at ottobre patterns (but not using the actual pattern) + pocket traced from an ottobre pattern + shovel embroidery traced from ottobre pattern + turn up snaps/flap added just b/c I had snaps to match the topstitching.

So it depends!   Most of the time I just use my own pattern with other sources of inspiration, and I also have a pants and t-shirt pattern that I have that I use as the basis of lots of other patterns (i.e. changing the pants by adding whatever pockets, I feel like, adjusting the length and rise and leg width as needed for the style.
