The list isn't necessarily a 'must craft from' list, but a good basic list to choose from - mostly for matching purposes.

For example: say that you list that you want an embroidered something.  I know that Jolisa embroiders, so I have her send to you.  She finds something else embroidered on your wists and sends you that.  That's what I'm thinking anyhow.

Yeah, so we're not putting down a particular sock pattern, but "I would like knitted socks"  and then we work out the details after pairings...right?

I would especially like to either knit socks or crochet an afghan...can we put a little star next to something we'd be ULTRA good at?

knitting and crocheting are talents that completely elude me. I crocheted a scarf once, it was serviceable, but not too much to look at. I am too easily distracted and lose count... Tongue

5 things I do are alot harder than I thought to come up with, I do a few things well (I think) and lots of random things that usually fit together into a whole quite well.  but I do have time to do this swap which is usually what I'm lacking the most Wink

I seem to be having a hard time with my lists as well.  I can do four things quite well, and many others sort of ok.

As for my want list, that's a lot harder.  I guess I live too much of a simple life.  Either that or I've already got it all. Cheesy

Ok, but will Jolisa be breaking the swap rules if she decides to weave me a table runner instead, even if it's not on the lists, just because it's something she wants to make and she thinks I'll like it?

man I would love to make someone a lap quilt!
Sooo tempting!  I wonder if there is a knitter out there that could be paired up with me... I've got a few biggies on my wists and I'm not a hand knitter so it just ain't gonna happen.

I'm going on vacation in a few days and won't be back until late May 31st.  Someone remind me!!

Had my questionaire most of the way filled out, but apparently, someone restarted the computer and lost it, or just shut the window.  Sad  Guess I get to start over from scratch...

ThreadOrYarn - if Jolisa believes based on your postings/questionnaire/list that you would simply adore a weaved tablerunnyer (and you DO!) that would be great!  The main point is to make sure it's a large item that your partner will adore, not just something that you would like to make.

pinokeeo - I think you've just got it all!

craftydeb - we'll try to remind you - since you've posted here, just check your unread replies!

Aww, Muria, that's sucky!
