I bought these about 2 months ago off Ebay. They're made by Johnson Brothers of England. Not sure how old they are, but I'm guessing 70s judging by the colors.

It's taken me forever to figure out what to put on these dishes since I usually draw organic/floral shapes.  I thought about drawing a cityscape, but I'm a country gal.  I thought about drawing some geometric fabric patterns, but I figured that wouldn't translate as well.

So, I decided to draw some quilt blocks and quilting designs...since I've recently soireed into the quilting world.

I love the yellow plate in the collection.  I haven't decided if I like the rest of them or not just yet. It's different.

Also, I swear I know how to take good photos, but I'm too lazy to remember how to do so. I took a step  I got out my good camera. I just have been using the auto setting and I don't feel like taking 4 hours to setup photos just to post on here (I love you guys, but I also love sleep!!). I'll take better ones someday when I'm feeling ambitious.

Yellow plate (my fav!)

I have a second set of these that haven't been drawn on if anybody has any suggestions.

Thanks for looking!
