birdies and coffee plate

I decided to make a plate to go with my birdies and coffee cup.


Early bird gets the worm. Cheesy, but I didn't feel like looking up famous bird quotes.

I want to get a full set of white dishes and do a whole birdie set. It'd be really cool to get a teapot or coffee pot in the set.  I'll be scouring e-bay.  I'd like to color one of the birds on the set if I do that.  Not sure what color or colors.

I love this! It's so simple and cute.
I think I need to buy a ceramic marker and go thrifting for plates now.
