I'm very excited! VERY! lol I had a few set backs after registering today but I'm not going to let anything get in my way from pursuing it. My art classes are with some really interesting local artists, so I'm totally stoked.

I'd like to publicly thank freestyle for all of the awesome help & advice she's given. She's been a FANTASTIC guide through my first organizing experience and has become a great friend along the way. Props to freestyle!

Have any of you seen Wanted? It's not a fantastic movie in my book, but there is so much weaving in it! (It's entertaining, I don't want to totally knock it. But if you don't enjoy action, violence and watching people use weapons, it's not the movie for you.) I watched it just to see the scenes with the looms. lol Every time a loom was on the screen I got excited. How silly is that??

hahaha I know, I'm such a nerd. I wanted to rewind it and see how they were working but I thought my husband would think I'd gone a bit overboard. So I let him just watch it instead. In my defense, I did not turn it on. He did.  Cheesy Wink

Here is the yarn from the goodies from SewMamaLady and Dragonflyducky:

The left greenish one is from handpainted rovings from SewMamaLady.
The right blueish one is from a batt from Dragonflyducky.

Thanks.  Smiley

Now I have to decide whether to join the low stress fiber swap...
