Ok see, I am working on a project I wanted to have done by the 23rd its a craftapple car organizer I wanted to modify for beach use in time for my vacay in florida and the needle and holder fell out, along with this small piece to the side of it, at first I though the needle just fell out but I was wrong, I am pouring over the manual I downloaded from the internet its a brother xl-5130.

I have never experienced this one before and not sure

has this happened to anyone else? In the past when I have had issues my mom was there to tell me whats up but Im on my own on this one unless I take it to someone to find out

I have a brother machine too, what it looks liek the whole needle part fell off. I have LS2125 but it looks the same, if it is the little piece that fell off should go in a tiny whole on the underside of the other part near the needle.

From the looks of mine there is a screw like gromet thing where that hole is on the side of the needle holder, so I am not sure if you will maybe need to get a new screw for it or take it in for repair.

Hopefully I was a little bit helpful. I can take some pics of mine if you need a visual.

Here are pics of what mine looks like to give you an idea of what I mean:

This is that part I couldn't describe, I am not sure if they are all the same though.

Front view to kinda get the idea how that twisted metal piece goes

Hope that is helpful!
