Hi there! Don't know if you solved your skin tone tights problem yet, but a lot of dance companies make flesh tone tights in a whole array of shades for little girls as young as the toddler age. And they last FOREVER! I've never seen tights that last as long as dance tights. They are a little pricey but they can take a beating. They dont pill in the wash either, which is nice.
