My son turned 4 last month & he's been entertained by Geico commercials since he could sit up. the most recent ad campaign elicits manic giggles at our house. When I asked him what kind of cake he wanted he said, "A Geico cake." At first he said he that meant the Geico logo and then it evolved into the money you could be saving with Geico. Awesome! I've been wanting an excuse to make some marshmallow fondant.  Only later did I think to make it a 4 dollar bill, since it was his fourth birthday- oh well. I'm happy with the fondant but I really need to practice my piping skills.

This is the only picture I have of boy and cake together- but there was a lot of standing in front of the cake stand before grandma/grandpa came over to eat saying, "I have to see the money. Can we eat the money?"

I guess there are some other pictures, but they're all so blurry- his excitement made it really hard to stay reasonably still.

Thanks a lot! I had this perfect image in my head before I started and just like everything else it didn't come close to the picture in my head- I had waaaaaaaaaaay too much faith in my patience and bagged the idea of a really piping all of the details on the $5 dollar bill.
