Whew! I have been busy! I was up til around 4 last night (this morning?) and finished off 4 dresses and a skirt. Some had been started previously, but all were finally completed this time! I am so thrilled with them all, especially with the fact that the gathering was baste and pull, which I have previously been atrocious at. Something must have clicked, because it works now! (I just love it when things like that happen, new talent developing in your sleep or something)

First, my pirate pixie skirt:

My leopard print sundress:

My deck of cards sundress:

My leopard/black sundress:

And my absolute favorite, the zebra one:

A close-up of the hot pink topstitching, not too visible in this light, but it's there!

And the hot pink rolled hem, which I was delighted with. I was too tired to really hem by this point and decided to put the topstitching thread in the upper looper of the serger and be lazy, which often works against me, but this was in my favor.

I'm debating on adding a hot pink ribbon to the waistband of the zebra one. Any thoughts?

Feedback very appreciated!

These are great, i love the pirate pixie skirt
I would say you should totally add a hot pink ribbon to the waistband of the Zebra one, and then when she wears it, tie her hair with matching ribbon Smiley

I love them all- too cute.

i would totally add a pink bow the the Zebra dress- it will make the pink stitching POP.

Great work!!!

My fave is the zebra one. I used to hate zebra prints. Don't know why but I did. Something happened and now I love it. (maybe that happened in my sleep, hehe)
I would totally add a pink something at the waist. That rolled hem is beautiful and delicate. I think the pink at the waist would help bring the eye to the hem as well and tie it in. Even a rolled edge along the neck line and the armholes too. Nothing like me making more work for ya..
It's beautiful!!

I have no babies but if I did she would be a girl I'm sure and it would be so fun to make her stuff like that.

I'm ussually not a fan of skulls on little ones (and my niece won't go near the skull and cross bones because it means danger), but I LOVE the pixie pirate outfit - complete with tatoos too, it looks great.  I like the others to - great job:)

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

These are adorable! I think the zebra one is my fave too (=

I think a pink ribbon or something in the middle would be good.

Great Work (=

Love them!  I also vote YES! on the pink ribbon added, and matching hair bow(s).  Just something simple, with a medium sized bow, maybe off to one side.  Also, I love the rolled hem on skirts like this, sometime a traditional hem is too bulky and stiff, but the rolled hem lets the fabric remain flowy!
