Okay, so I was on my way home from work and saw these windows leaning against a house...
I just had to stop and ask about them..... of course they didnt want that 'trash' so I took ALL OF THEM,
even the broken one!   There are a total of 28 windows.  I have a slight idea of what I would like to do with
them, but it wont take nearly 28 of them!
I was thinking of using those corners used for scrapbooking, to hold pictures on the glass.... their name escapes me!  Put the photos on the front side of the glass, and do some kind of treatment, frosting, paint, colored paper, to the back, and paint the panes different colors, this way I wont have to paint my rented walls, but can cover them up with these great windows!!
Any additional ideas would be awesome!!
Thanks!

Well, those could have so many cool uses.  I found two chairs, two benches, two hamster cages, a fish tank (with stand),  30 flower pots and a vintage upolstered chair this weekend.  Cant wait to make them work in my space

GREAT FIND!!!!
I was looking around my neck of the woods for some windows after I saw this
http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/la/house-tours/house-tour-dave-and-shylas-eclectic-loft-at-the-brewery-los-angeles-084101
>>>check out the wall of windows.....maybe do something with a few of what you have then tie it into your room this way. Even with the glass out, it would still look sharp.<<<<<

Was thinking of doing it with my space, not sure what limits you have in your nest.

Looking forward to what you make with them!!!

You could always make fake stained glass windows. My fiance bought his mother all the materials to make one for Mother's day. The windows are fake stained glass because you use the glass globs to create a design on the window instead of real stained glass pieces. That is a HUGE find! lucky!

My brother, who helped me load them said the same thing, I think I'll do a couple that way.
It would be cool!  And I'm sure he would want atleast one in his room!!

Me too! Which is why I have filled my back porch with things that are impossible to kill! Seriously I killed bamboo... I mean how do you kill bamboo?!?!?!?! But, I have learned that houseplants love to be dry and not in the sun, which makes them perfect for my backyard! Maybe if you built the greenhouse and only bought low maintenance plants.... I know, I know. If your thumb is as black as mine, that would never work.

Well, I do have one of them bamboo things in my kitchen which is thriving.... but I only have to water it once a week, the rest of the time it just looks great!!  I'm just lucky my window gets the right amount of light/heat it needs!!
