Wondering if there would be any interest in a plus size or BBW (big beautiful woman) swap?  Maybe like size 14/16 to 30/32 or something along those lines.  Clothing, accessories (that fit our larger necks/ankles/wrists), whatever it is you BBW body is craving! Smiley

I would be interested in this, although I dont know that I have the time until like July.

But I cant sew  Sad  but I was thinking we could open it up to like artwork, even just general stuff thats BBW-friendly or appreciative?  I know I sometimes struggle just to feel good about my body and would love stuiff that may help remind me that heavy doesnt mean ugly!   Tongue

That is a great idea!  I'd love some artwork that showed a BBW with all of her glorious curves displayed in a positive light! Smiley  I've taught my sons well... they see skinny ladies on TV and tell me that those ladies aren't pretty and soft like mommy. LOL

lol, thats fantastic!

im one of us that got super-luck with my husband.  he never dated a girl my size before, but he also never went for the skinny girls either.  now, when we'll watch tv or something, he'll sometimes randomly be like 'what does he see in her?  shes built like a 12 year old boy' or 'she looks like a walking stick.  thats so gross.'

and blissfully, he means it!   Cheesy

Good idea!  There was a swap theme similar to this suggested a while back.  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=302433.0  I think there's a link to the original plus sized swap.

Being a plus size gal, I would be ALL OVER this...I end up making SO much of my own jewelry, bracelets and anklets more than anything, as the ones in the stores are just too small for me.  I have become quite the seamstress lately too  Wink  Will keep an eye out for signups!

Yay!  I'm so glad to see people wanting to do this. Smiley  Is it funny that I can't sit down and make MYSELF something pretty like an awesome shrug, but I can do it for someone else?
