Looks so cute! Don't worry about the zipper - it seems to be functional, and your zipper-installing skill will improve with practice.  Wink

The dresses(and kids) are adorable.  But what really impresses me are your pictures.  They're so professional and beautiful.

They are beautiful dresses - they lookk verry well made.  Did you use a pattern for them?  My niece is now 6 months old and I'm starting to think about things I can make for her.  Do you have any tips for little people clothes?

Also, your photos are really good - I particularly love the ones where your girls are not paying attention to the camera - they look so sweet!

Thanks!

My eldest daughter's was Simplicity 4927

The youngest daughter's was a "New Look Patterns" from Walmart 6472

My suggestion would be simple patterns and good embellishments (but not too many) children shine in plainer clothing...IMHO... LOL Smiley

From the book Godless:

Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

The zipper is wonderful for first try!  More importantly, it rocks because you are the super mom who has two beautiful little girls to take care of AND you found the time to make them both dresses.  I feel like such a lazy bum now!  Wink

Thank you for the pattern numbers - I'll go look them up.  I agree with you on the embellisments thing - too much can be a bit too mad!
