man, so wierd, i'm pretty sure customs has never opened anything I've recieved. But you know, us canadians, we're always sending sneaky stuff in the mail. LOL
that octopus is so cute! and my daughter totally does that exact same Assaultkiss thing! LOL. And she's two next month, you'd think she'd be moving on. It's borderline dangerous sometimes, when she does it to living beings...

Octopus is adorable!
*sigh* I hope my package is here soon. Schnerby sent early last week(she had to resend because of an accident the truck carrying her package got into), but she is in China, and I'm afraid that customs is probably going to tear it apart, and decide to keep it!

They say 10 days, and that's what it takes to send stuff home to Australia.
For some reason post to America takes longer than just about everywhere else.

I do hope it gets there soon!

we americans are paranoid. everyone's out to harm us, so we have to check inside stuffed animals for demons and poisonous snakes that might be sent from someone outside the US.

of course.. i think craftster packages are safe from that sort of thing, so hurry up post!!

I am taking a break from swaps for a while.  I am not accepting any personal swaps at this time until around Christmas time.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Awesome octopus stuffy! That picture of the baby just planting its face in it is priceless Smiley

I sent to Sandra22 and she received last week but hasn't quite got around to posting pics so here are a couple of what I sent. She had asked for something to organize her crochet hooks and needles, so I used a free pattern I found online @ Craft Leftovers to make the crochet hook caddy, and also made a matching needlebook.

I like that hook caddy.  I also like the needlecase with a pocket on the inside.

I have found that anything coming into the country on the east coast takes a lot longer than coming in on the west coast - for whatever reason...
