So.. finally i've finished my mothersdaygift.. just in time (why is othersday always so early.. can't someone call me two weeks before so i can make a normal gift???)

well.. first i wanted to  give my mom a nice bouquet of flowers from our garden.. but then, 10 minutes before BBQ she told me, that the flowers we have are pretty ugly, and she wants to destroy them.. hm, my bouquet is mostly done with those flowers... i love them.. but now, because she don't like them, she won't get fresh flowers... she will get something flower-y, selfmade, without smell, but much sweat and tears.....

it's my selfmade Crochet-Bouquet!

here some pictures:
Something that should look like a rose:

something.... really odd:

another "rose":

a strange blue one:

one of my favourites:

an exploding one:

My rose and my tattoo Wink

and some "accident".. not really a flower, but also pretty, i think...

each flower took about 45 minutes. the stems(?) are pipecleaner's, the blooms are made in one piece and i used chainstitch, double crochet and single crochet

please comment

They are amazing, did you create you own patterns or is it from a book?
I hope she likes them  Cheesy

glitter it, no seriously, just add glue and glitter, no one will notice

hey everyone
i just returned from our mothersday breakfast with fresh orangejuice, croissants and srambled eggs.

my mom loved the flowers. daddy always touched them and squeezed them together doing "wooootz, these flowers will never rot".. i think he did this about 6-7 times... crazy one.

The ground pattterns were here :
pink rose: http://www.planetjune.com/blog/free-crochet-patterns/basic-rose/
odd and yellow one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfaX4nYA45U
the ruffled purple one:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyW0Btmi2vw (and following videos)
red and blue rose are my own patterns

all patterns were changed by me a little bit... maybe i'll do a video of the red and blue rose and post it here.

thanks for all the reviews so long

Great job!  My daughter also crocheted me a flower, she's 9 and it was the first time she followed a pattern.  I will keep it forever, as I know your mother will hers.
