Hello All.

So, it's official, after only having my serger for a week I managed to break it. Don't worry, that's kind of my style. Also, I bought it off craigslist for way too little so...you get what you pay for.

Anyway, I took it to a shop today and they told me that it would be so much to fix, or I could use it as a trade in and buy one of their viking machines for like 200 bucks less.

Well...I don't want a way expensive viking, although they were kind o sexy.

So I'm just wondering, have any of you heard about any other shop taking a trade in? I plan on calling a few places tomorrow but narrowing down the options wouldn't suck.

Thanks all!
