Im so excited to have my craft area almost finished that I couldn't wait to post pics! First off I would like to say I am poor, I had a small ($20) budget to get this all organized. Everything was purchased from the dollar store or yard sales or gifted (the wood cabinet). I want to paint it, but right now its not in the budget.  Roll Eyes  Also the room is pretty small at 6x10 so it was hard to take pics.

these are all of my scraps, i love that I can see them so they will get used

right wall, and the crappy back door, I hate that door! Roll Eyes

Ah! You're so lucky to have your own craft room! All of my craft stuff hides under beds, in closets, and in my bedroom in a 7 ft bookcase. And you're organized...that's important! Unlike myself...I am always digging through stuff making a mess just to find stuff with which to make a mess.

Anyway, as far as your budget and not purchasing paint... contact your local county recycling program. Many of them have reused/recycled paint for free. You just have to go and pick it up. They come in various colors from beige to the ugliest of pinks. Check out Freecycle and Craigslist, too, to see if anyone is willing to toss out their leftover project paints and supplies.

You have a bunch of craft paint it looks like. You could also freehand some stuff as a border or something along the wall.  Smiley

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink

I love personal swaps for small stuff (including Hershey Kisses!)! PM me for happy fun rockin' good times!

You have done a wonderful job organizing your space!  I love your vintage ironing-board cover too.
