"I've got a bad feeling about this..."

Hello!
I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. Please forgive me if I screw up, but this inserting pictures is a bit confusing.
I am a graphic designer for a craft supply company called Hygloss. For my own art I make altered tiles. Sometimes I use standard marble tiles and sometimes I use plaster tiles I create.
Since I'm new and wonderfully overwhelmed by the forum, I'm just looking for some feedback right now.
Thanks to all!
Su

Those are beautiful! Are you painting directly on them, or printing, or what? However you do it, it produces a really neat sortof surreal effect. Very Very cool

Thank you!
Right now I am using some transfer paper and some dyes directly on the stone and then sealing with Crystal Clear. Dyes seep into the stone where as acrylics tend to sit on top more. I'm gonna keep playing around with adding other elements like glass and other stones.
Thanks again
Su

Those are stunningly beautiful!  My sister restores tiles and was thinking of creating some such as yours.  I'll have to pass her a link to THIS post.  Wow!

Thank  you all so much for the support & feedback. As a newbie here it means a lot. I'm getting married this friday so I wont post more till next week. I'm working on a set of fossile tiles with glass and have some other ideas for making my own plaster tiles. I'll keep posting. Thank you!
