I wasn't sure about M&P soaps. I really wanted the "natural" look of the cold process soaps. Did a little research and came up with a basic recipe I LOVED!!! Here are some of my creations!

Ducks. Not sure why I have a film on the outside. Advice?

Round. Real Handmade look.

I think the film on the outside is from the cooling.
A couple of my M&P soaps did that, but on yours it looks awesome, like bubbles from a bubble bath. Cheesy

I've had that film on my M&P soaps too .. to get rid of it I rub the soaps with a paper towel or smooth cloth (like a t-shirt rag) and it rubs right off.

They look great!

Very cute! I love the fish with the soap. You can just run the soaps under water, rub, and let them dry, or try spraying rubbing alcohol on them and buffing with an old nylon to get a nice shine.

What's the basic recipe? Stuff you're adding to the mp base? Love the embedded stars!
