She was in my under the sea swap, but I found out in time and had the person making for her send to the person she was supposed to make for.

Crisis averted, I feel good!

I'm involved in about four swaps, but I'm keeping up with them. I even made a schedule specifically for the swaps I'm involved in. I sure hope in the future we are not limited to a certain number of swaps at any given time, because of flakers.

I'm sorry, but am I the only one who whenever I see this title in the unread posts starts singing "robots in the spring" to the tune of "Islands in the Stream?"

Now I'll be singing that all day.

haha! Me, too! I have a spreadsheet with the name of the swap, who I'm sending to, send date, what I'm making, etc. If I don't stay organised, I'll lose the plot.

I think 3 people have flaked on me in the last two weeks: robots in spring, subculture and kitsch kitchen.

Aaaaaaand... I think I'm finished with swapping.

Jadey,
I'm your May partner for the 6 month swap, and I promise not to flake.  Kiss
I've already started working on it, but have to stop so I can finish my April partner, and my "good old fashioned swap" partner.
Chin up!

The only good thing about this particular flaker was that I had so much fun making this stuff... which I otherwise might not have made.  (And, due to an unexpected double shift  Tongue, will be sent out tomorrow.)

poppet!
I'm sorry, I'm just feeling a bit negative about swapping right now. I promise not to flake on you, either, I'm definitely going to finish up all of the swaps I'm commited to before I take a break.

I haven't started on yours yet, but I have a good idea of what I'm making you.
