Egg jockeys for the Kentucky Derby (plus tutorial link)

I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and this is a big week for us. Tomorrow is the 135th running of the Kentucky Derby, so all week we've been celebrating the KY Derby Festival. In honor of that, and because one of my Aunt's Derby crafts inspired me, I made egg jockeys.
My Aunt makes clay pot jockeys and uses half of a plastic egg for the hat. I decided to expand on that, and make the jockeys completely out of eggs. They're going to be a big hit at the Derby party tomorrow!
