I made this bag for my mom for Mother's Day. I struggled a bit with the pattern placement, but I think it came out pretty well. I ended up using a piece of vellum cut in the shape of the bag to pick the portion of the panel. There are several pockets, including one on the front that is inset and 4 slip pockets on the inside. Initially I was thinking of putting on a flap, but I like this better.

I love the fabric combination!  They are all very different, but they blend together quite nicely.  How did you ever find two reds that actually matched?
