Inspired by this beautiful project...
...I decided to use those great Malma mirrors from IKEA to make a little artsy piece for near my front door. I can't add too much more to the description than Nuraeariel did in her amazing original project, except to say that I simply decoupaged mine with Mod Podge, since they didn't have to be outdoors, and my pictures were taken almost exclusively (appropriately enough) from the 2010 IKEA catalogue. What a treasure trove of images as they do those lovely spreads with all kinds of "real life" pictures. I found everything from coloured tile to a doggy. I didn't orient the pictures any on e direction, so there's no real "this end up" per se. I took pictures with and without flash to see the difference between the close up detail and the pretty colours that appear from a distance. My living room is in primarily shades of browns, reds, golds, and greens, so I did one of each.

Hope you like!

Super job! They'll make for some great conversation. I especially like the green one.

This was such a fun project. Very relaxing to do in front of the tv.  Smiley

Wow, I really like how these came out.  They are bright and cheery, and very simple in design.  Great job.
