I used a tiny dot of clear glue on the backs of each inchie. That way they won't slip and slide.

one designer (carol wingert) created a journal that used "betwinchies" on the cover -- 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches Smiley

and now those awesome inchie houses...

okay..what are you using for the rinchies to do your template size? I know a protractor would work but dont seem to have one anymore and if it still exists its probably in the junk drawer of doom *shivers at the thought of going in there*

I use my clear quilting ruler. I just make inch lines on my heavy watercolor paper. Then paint them and then use it again to cut it into inch squares.
