i am a 26 year old mother of 3 and married to a big child (31 going on 5) and expecting oour 4th babe in december. i live in a tiny little dot on the map colgate, saskatchewan canada. i'm closer to the us border than any large city in my own country. i am a stay at home mom. i have crafting ADD . . . i have a new obsession weekly it seems. i have sewn since i was kid (granny taught me) i also crochet (the other granny taught me as a kiddo) i recently learned to knit and then promptly cheated and bought a knitting machine but am lacking in both skills lol. i dye yarn on occasion, i can cross stitch (havent in years though), i've dabbled in scrapbooking, and stamping, and card making, and paper making, quilting, embroidery (hand and machine), needle felting, stained glass, jewelry making, see where the ADD kicks in lol. these days i mostly crochet or sew.

I claim leighi123 for a library tote and crochet food (sandwich and pizza)

Second claim, zero sent.

(Fyi, there are many easier things to do on a Blackberry than navigate Craftster. Smiley. )

I am 19 and live in Virginia Beach, Virginia until fall when I go back to Fredericksburg for my second year of college. My style is pretty haphazard--I never coordinate anything, so my decorating style is whatever I like, all cobbled together. I love bold prints and art deco and fun colors, but I'm not a fan of pink or orange. I love dark colors, like maroon and navy. I knit like a fiend (almost constantly) and also crochet, sew, and dabble in paper craft and jewelry-making. I really want to learn spinning, weaving, and soapmaking, just to add to my crafty repertoire. I have cats and a dog, but they all stay out of my crafting supplies, but I don't have any allergies. PM with any questions!

Wishlist:

Crafts:-

Messenger bag large/strong enough for my various items plus a notebook, planner, and book (examples in wist)
-   Throw pillows (quilted, embroidered, knitted, whatever)
-   Needlebook
-   Handspun yarn
-   Socks (anklets, though. Love hand-knit socks; don’t have the patience to knit them) US 8
-   Beaded or poly clay stitch markers
-   Reusable sandwich wrap (you know, the oil cloth ones)
-   Felted soap
-   Lunch tote/bag (preferably insulated so things will stay cool, but there’s a fridge at work, so it’s not pressing)
-      Boxes, bins, and things to store things
-      Anything from my wist (in signature)

Supplies

-   Roving/Top for spinning (combed or carded)
-   Spindles
-   BUTTONS (I have a minor obsession)
-   Yarn (natural fibers only, please), especially greens (like, forest or kelly)
-   Thread
-   Machine sewing needles (I go through them so quickly) regular, but also LEATHER.
-   Sugarless Kool-Aid/dye for yarn/roving
.-   Rotary Cutter/mat
-   Awesome fabric (cotton, or some other non-stretchy kind)
-   Needle felting stuff

I claim ifallthraindrops for : a needlebook, roving and some needle felting stuff.

First claim (0 sent, 0 received)

About me:
I'm 31 and I live in Canada with a cat and a gerbil (and my brother and his cat for the time being). I'm a vegetarian and I am allergic to wool and nickel. I like pretty much every color except for pastels. I'm a big geek and nerd and I like cutesy and kawaii stuff. Also anything made with recycled material is great. To find out more about me you can go to my swap info page.

My list:

Crafted items:

=> Earrings. I love any kinds of earrings, especially long and dangly ones. I also adore drop-shaped Peruvian thread earrings.

=> Cloth menstrual pads. I don't have any but I really want to try them. Anything is fine, from pantyliners to heavy duty ones. No metal closure please. A wetbag would be appreciated too.

=> Sun hat. Something colorful or in a fun print. I have a big head so I'll have to get you my head mesurement.

=> Reusable produce bags.

=> A magic yarn ball! Those seem like so much fun!

=> Homemade lip balm/gloss. Something fruity or sweet.

=> Cold process soaps. I'm addicted! Fruity or sweet smells.

=> Big-ish decorated wooden/cardboard letters that spell "rve" (dream in french) to put on the wall at the head of my bed. My bedroom is beige and red with an asian theme so anything that will fit with that.

=> A decorated box with recipe cards. A few vegetarian recipe would be appreciated too!

=> A cute pouch for my MP3 player with a pocket for the button headphones. MP3 size: about 3in.X 1in.

=> Mobile. Something sparkly and colorful. I'd love it if it had some recycled materials in it.

=> Sewing machine accessories in a fun fabric: machine cover, bag for the pedal and/or thread catcher.

=> T-shirts. XL/XXL depending on the brand. I have some examples on my wists.

=> A themed package. A package full of any kind of goodies on a theme, I'd love that! Themes I'd like: cherry blossom, peacock, Hello Kitty, Harry Potter, sewing, Joss Whedon-verse (except Dollhouse, I haven't seen it yet), or any other theme you think I'd enjoy!

=> Anything to decorate my balcony. It's a good size but I only have a few plants and a table and chairs, it's rather boring. It's on the 3rd floor, there's trellis all around, but no post to hang anything. I'd love anything colorful, any theme at all, gnomes, fairies, animals, tropical... Anything really, just has to be fun.

=> Anything from or inspired by my wists. Surprise me!

Supplies:

=> A crochet kit. I'm just starting to crochet so a kit with an easy pattern and the yarn needed would be awesome.

=> Craft felt. Any colors, but please no wool felt.

=> "Licensed" fabric or bed sheets/pillowcases. Esp. Harry Potter, Sanrio (esp. Hello Kitty, Chococat and Keroppi), old Nintendo (esp. Yoshi), TMNT, Care Bears, Wizard of Oz. I haven't been able to find much here.

=> Plain white cotton like for the old flour/sugar sacs. They are perfect to make embroidered tea towels, but I can't find any anymore. I know this is a stretch but I've been looking for these for a long while! (I know Martha Stewart has some in her line, but it's not the same quality as the old flour bag cotton.)

=> 14 pt. Ada cloth for cross-stitch. Any color.

=> Nylon/plastic earring hooks.

=> Beads: Any colors. No plastic, bone or ivory please. Some faves: Size 8 to 11 Czech or Japanese glass seed beads, Delica beads, lampwork beads, gemstone chips and beads, stone beads, ceramic beads and pretty and colorful larger glass beads.

=> 6pound-test crystal Fireline thread.

=> Crimp beads pliers. Used is fine.

=> Tiger tail jewelry thread in silver or black.

=> Ephemera for collages, cards and ATCs.

=> Freezer paper. I can't find it here.

=> Any craft books or magazines you don't want anymore. Esp. about: sewing, embroidery, cross stitch, recycling/reconstructing, paper crafts, jewelry, crochet or crafts in general. In English or French.

Extras:

=> Harry Potter or Hello Kitty anything.

=> Anything bento related. I saw somewhere on here that they have bento style Hello Kitty boxes/containers at some dollar stores in the US. I'd love some of those! We don't have that here.

=> Chopsticks. I love chopsticks!

=> Stickers.

=> And if you happen to have a copy of the "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" book and you don't want it anymore, I'd gladly take it. Smiley

A big thank you to anyone that claims me!

I claim fochaux for .. A homemade diaper bag & some cloth wipes!

(1 claim, 0 sent, 0 rec'd)

Hello! I'm Sabrina and I live in Florida! I'm a 27 year old SAHM of 5 kiddos, a hubby and a dog! I love to craft everything and love to try new stuff. I'm pretty easy to please, and LOVE getting handmade goodies! I have no allergies that matter when it comes to swapping!

My fave color is blue, I love brown and pink or brown and blue together. My hubby just enclosed our back porch into a HUGE craft room for me to lock myself craft away in! I would LOVE stuff to help my organize all my new space (more info below!) We bought annual passes to Disney this year and have been going quite often, so stuff to help keep control of 5 kids and all their crap is awesome! My next big project is redecorating our kitchen, so fun new handmade goodies for in there would be awesome too (again more info below!)

Crafts I would love to receive:

Big Wishes in maroon!

ANYTHING from my wists - use it as inspiration or make something exactly as is! Everything is up to date and has notes on it!
Felt, crochet or knit foods/supplies for the kids play kitchen
Crochet hook roll-preferably in grey, lime green, or sky blue (to match amy butler's faded china lotus fabric)
Candles- natural colors, red and cream or a mixture of the two would be great colors too, or something to match the craft room(see above)! I like nice crisp clean scents, florals are ok too, nothing fruity or cinnamon
Yummy soaps! I like all kinds of scents so Im good with whatever!
Fabric buckets, in random sizes and light blue, lime green, or grey colors, or red, grey & white
Magnetic tins, for my new craft room too! Deep or shallow doesnt matter on size, i love these things!
Jars, tins, baskets, buckets, bowls or anything else to help organize all the crap my crafting and 5 kids can accumulate! Smiley
Stuff for the kitchen since we are redecorating!! The colors are cream, red and a touch of grey. (the Amy Butler fabrics I am using are in my wists, I would love it to match those colors but it doesn't have to be her fabric, I know its pricey! lol) Stuff to hang on the walls would be good, bowls, containers, magnets, etc, really I am open to anything!
Crochet or Knit felted bowls - would love some of these in various sizes/colors. Grey, red, light blue, lime, cream.
Crochet or Knit Washcloths- any colors would be fine.
Kidlet Bags - these would be awesome for my kidlets to stuff their stuff in! hehe Girly garden theme would be cool!
Reusuable sandwich bags - trying to get a set for each kiddo So girly stuff mostly but we do have 1 boy! Wink (these can be separate claims of course) Inspiration: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=sr_list_11&listing_id=22751306&ga_search_query=sandwich+bags&ga_search_type=tag_title&ga_page=&min=&max=&order=
Reusable lunch bags - again would like one for each kiddo, we have 4 girls and one boy, and I'd like one for hubby too! (these can be separate claims of course) Inspiration: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=22236854
AIO Cloth Diapers **SUPER HUGE GINORMOUS WISH** Either one size fits all or extra large, for my 1 and 2 year old girls. I am sick of buying diapers (finally).

Supplies I'd love to play with:

Fabric - I like fun stuff, Amy Butler, Michael Miller, Alexander Henry types (doesn't have to be those names, but I like those styles Smiley )

I'm going to claim indigo_roses for a Tree of Life pendant. List in a mo!

Claim #4 - 1 Claims, 2 Sent, 1 Received

About Me
It's May so it's my birthday month!! I turned 32 (eep!) on May 16th!

Greetings everyone! I'm a 31 32 year old woman who lives in Florida (USA) with my guy and two cats. My favorite colors are jewel tones like amethyst purple, emerald green, ruby red, sapphire blue, turquoise, and amber. I like silver but not really gold. (Copper's ok too.) My favorite color combination is a deep teal blue and chocolate brown together. It makes me happy. I also love things that go along with my "PhoenixFire" theme like reds/oranges/yellows together. My favorite animals are cats, owls, penguins, bats and red foxes. I love to read, I enjoy photography and I love all things Disney!

ALLERGIES
I suffer from migraines so please NOTHING musk/amber/patchouli/dragon's blood or floral scented. Unless it smells like you can eat it, it will give me a migraine. I LOVE fruit and dessert scents greatly though. Also, please no bar soaps (skin is sensitive to glycerin) and nothing with artificial sweeteners like NutraSweet (aspartame) or Splenda (sucralose) as I'm allergic to both.

Crafts

Sewing

*big wish -- A purse in this kind of style. I LOVE, LOVE LOVE this bag. The mix of the cord and the cable...? LOVE. (Could use an existing sweater for the knit part as well if you don't knit. I think that'd work just fine as well.)

*new* *big wish -- A watermelon bag like this!

*big wish* -- A tote like this one. I love and covet everything about it from the colors, fabric to the pattern.

*big wish* -- A Slanket! (Snuggie) I almost bought an actual "snuggie" but the fabric was icky. (It was like thin felt.) I want soft, awesome microfiber fleece stuff, you know? Something long enough to cover my toes as well.

*big wish* -- A robe like this one. I wear a US size 4 and can send measurements if needed.)

*new* -- A cell cozy/wristlet like this. I love the colors and the shape/size of this one.

*new* -- A little zip wallet like this.

*new* -- Some Fabric buckets like this to store and tote around craft supplies.

*new* - A wallet. Something slim but with a lot of card slots and an id slot. Something in a aqua or robin's egg blue would be great to match my new purse. (Brown/aqua would be good too.)

-- A migraine therapy kit like this. I have had migraines for more than 15 years and this kind of thing DOES help.

-- A leaf embroidered wallet like this.

-- A purse like the first one here or like this. I like the shape of both styles but it's really the look and colors of the fabric I'm really sold on. So something in similar colors/patterns would be great. Here are more I've wisted for inspiration.

Knitting

*big wish* -- This scarf in these type of earthy, natural colors. (If it were in a mix of teal blue and chocolate brown that would work too.) I think this is one of the most perfect things ever. I don't really need scarves as a rule because I live in Florida, but I'd find reasons to wear one like this!

-- Hand knit socks. Something warm and soft (no wool please because it itches me) I've got small feet so like a 6.5 size foot or girl's sized large socks for reference. (HUGE bonus if it's argyle pattern. I don't know why but I love argyle.)

Other

*new* -- A gem tree like this (or really, like any of the ones she makes because they're all lovely!)

*new* -- A gem tree in a glass ball in emerald and silver like this[/b]. Emerald is my birthstone.

-- Something stained glass - sun catcher, glass mosaic item, etc. I just love stained glass and wouldn't even know where to begin making it myself.

-- Something ceramic/pottery or vase or a bowl or a tea mug or whatever. Again, a skill I don't have but really love.
(A couple things I've wisted for inspiration.)

-- Anything with a phoenix on it. I LOVE the phoenix and there's not nearly enough phoenix-related things in the world or my life. You can check out my wisted phoenix items here as inspiration.

-- A leather tree ipod touch case like this. It's SO pretty. (I love the brown leather.)

-- A cool fitted tee or fitted tank top like these. I love the colors of these examples. I wear a US size 4 or typically a size small or medium. I pretty much live in baby doll/fitted tees. Some inspiration:
 - dandelion on brown with blue
 - floral tank in robin's egg blue
 - birds - as fitted tee though
 - love the two-tone look of this one
 - OMG - It's a BAT!!!

-- Something glass work like a vase or something. Blown or torch or whatever. A cool medium I don't know how to work with at all. This is really pretty for example.

-- Things for my apartment in Teal Blue and Chocolate Brown. I love these colors together. And I'd love something in them for the home. A quilt or throw; art; kitchen accessories; pillows; curtains, etc., etc.

-- Disney stuff. Be it characters (like Mickey, Figment, Belle, Mike & Sulley, etc.) or movies (The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Monster's Inc., Lady and the Tramp, etc.) or the parks (I live near WDW but I've never been to Disneyland), or historical stuff (books on Walt or the making of the parks, etc.), or things I can use/take to/wear about any of the above, I LOVE DISNEY. So by all means, get creative! Grin

-- Something (surprise me!) incorporating owls, penguins, bats, cats or red foxes. They're my favorite animals. Note: At this point, I probably have enough owl stuffies/amis so something besides that please.

-- Fused glass or glass (microscope) slide pendants you think I'd like. (Here are some wisted inspiration items as examples.)

-- A ribbon organizer. Doesn't have to be this fabric. It's more the idea and the style of storage that I like here. Chocolate/Teal color combo would be great as would fun/cute fabric or prints (like owls or something.)

-- Lavender Linen Spray - A couple notes. I have an organic one I use now but it's almost gone. I spray it on my pillow before bed to help me sleep. I'm having a problem finding another one that's suitable. Most seem to have things like musks or ambers in them - that stuff gives me near instant migraines. The one I have is an aloe and lavender mix. That's it. It's delicate and light and doesn't have other scents in there to bother my hyper, hyper sensitive sense of smell. I'd love to find more. The right kinda of soft, gentle lavender scent is the ONLY exception to my "smells like food only" scents rule. Thanks!

-- Surprise me! Look at my wists or my amazon wishlist, or the colors I like and see what you can make that you think I'd like.

Craft Supplies

*new* -- Rubber stamp pads and/or rubber stamp markers. I've gotten a pretty cool collection of stamps but I have no ink pads for them!

-- Starter resin kit/supplies (resin, molds, etc.)

-- Starter rubber stamp carving stuff. (Maybe a kit or items like tools, the rubber to carve into, how-to/instructions, etc.)

-- Gemstones and gemstone beads. In every shape, size and color. Donuts, cabs, chips - anything! I LOVE working with gemstones and I can never, ever have enough.

 -- Lampwork beads.

-- Beading supplies. I create jewelry so I'm always looking for unique and interesting pendants, charms, gemstone beads, large focal beads and such. Also, I love Swarovski crystal, unique clasps or toggles, and jewelry wire in 16 gauge and 24 gauge in any color. Gemstone chips are awesome as well since I make Tree of Life pendants with them.

Extras
-- Tea! Especially fruity ones.

-- Chocolate! (white, milk or dark) No coconut please.

-- Candies! (whatever neat little treats you enjoy, send 'em my way. I love candy)

-- Sewing magazines. (especially things geared towards newbies)

-- Beading magazines (esp ones with projects/tutorials)

Thanks in advance to whomever picks me! Grin

I claim phoenixfiredesigns  for a felted watermelon bag! I just bought supplies to make two of these, so it's perfect that you wished for this!
Anywho, this is my third claim, 0 sent (sending 2 on Tues.), 1 received.

My name is Janelle and I'm in Illinois, USA. I'm a stay-at-home mommy to two wonderful children. Izak is three, and Lailah was born this January. I am a lover of all crafts, so I'm super easy to please. My very favorite colors are chartreuse, gray, chocolate brown, deep aqua and green. I am allergic to cats, but crafts from homes that have a cat don't seem to really bother me. I'm not allergic to smoke, but I would rather things didn't smell of it. I adore octopi, keys, carrots, trees and umbrellas. Anything with any of those themes would be great. Also, as I wrote below, I don't live near any good craft stores (or even a little sewing shop),  so an all-supply package would be wonderful. I'm always open to trying out new things, so feel free to destash on me if you wish. Thanks in advance for claiming me.

Crafts
Anything from my wists. http://www.wists.com/JanelleJ

Anything to display in my African-themed living room (think African masks, woven baskets, wooden bowls with patterns carved in, original artwork, etc.)
Large bag made of some funky fabric
Nursing cover, also of funky fun fabric
Charms for charm bracelet
Anything Final Fantasy themed for my husband
Anything Thomas the Tank Engine themed for my son. His favorite train is Percy (green), but he likes them all. (can be toys or room decor because his room is decorated in Thomas stuff)

Crochet hook roll

Any resin pendants. See my wists for examples of my "style"
An altered book journal
A boppy pillow cover for a girl
A CD holder book thing to hold DVDs and PS3 games
Diaper covers for my daughter 3-6 mos, 6-9 mos
knitted or crocheted legwarmers for my daughter
Any homemade soaps, lotions or other bath and body products. I love most all scents, especially citrus-y but not minty
An apron, full or waist. I think I want to start a collection of these.
Wall art for my bathroom. The colors in there are orange, sage green, chocolate and tan.
Scarves! I prefer sewn scarves over knitted/crocheted ones because I can knit or crochet them myself.

Supplies
**I don't live anywhere near a crafty store, so a whole package of just supplies would be awesome! I would appreciate it so much.

Any type of tools (used is fine with me) to use in working with polymer clay
Polymer clay in any color, especially white or gray
Yarn (any color, weight, etc.) I can never ever ever have enough
Any kind of seed beads
