So, a dear friend of mine took my senior pictures. I needed a new shirt of course! I made this out of sheer navy and white polka-dotted fabric.

close

and far.

Comments?
Thanks!

Congrats on both the graduation and THAT CUTE TOP!   I love it!  I got some deep sale fabrci like that rfom a JoAnn's that was moving shop, except black with white, and having been wanting to do something like this.  Did you use a pattern?  It's just very pretty.  And what nice pictures.

I have this hidden view that navy doesn't suit that many people.
You are definitely one of the exceptions! The style and cut look fantastic on you. I like that you chose a more classy/sophisticated style that doesn't look at all out-dated on you.
And congratulations on graduating!

Keep smiling - It makes people wonder what you're up to.

Looking for Australian personal swaps! [For now. I'll branch overseas when I can afford it!]

Would love to know what pattern you used if you did, and how you went about lining it, have some similar fabric but haven't used it yet as not really sure how to go about it.

Hey, thanks guys!
I didn't use a pattern. Sorry. And I didn't line it...I put a tank top under it. And I love the "sophisticated" style that is still cute and doesn't make you look fifty.
thanks again!

You did a really nice job on that. The ruffles + polka dots just go together so well. Congrats on your graduation!
