One of my friends had a 'Heroes and Villains' theme for her 20th, and I decided to dress as Zorro, as I was unable to think of a female character who I wanted to dress as, and I also had plenty of fabric left over from making Nazgul costumes.
I made the shirt, trousers and cloak, and bought the rest of it (sword, boots and mask). I did also have a hat, but it wasn't head shaped and it looked terrible, so I decided to leave it at home!

Hope you like!

myinsaneleenie, I was thinking the same thing (I love The Princess Bride!)! Tongue  I actually thought it was a Dread Pirates Robert costume at first. Great costume!
