-I give up on making TOL pendants.  If anyone would like to have my stone chips, wire and ect.  I would gladly trade it all for some knitting/crochet stuff.

-Currently crafting.....A Weasley blanket.  I'd love some squares made from fellow Craftsters.

ahhh! these are soooo cute!  about how big are they?  I have a friend who LOVES pigs. And she will get one.  Just as soon as I'm done making Wall-e and Eve fro my 4 yr olds bday Cheesy

These are 3 inches tall, but as mentioned in the pattern I made them from fingering weight yarn. So if you would like them bigger, just use worsted weight!  Cheesy

Hello!
These little piggies are adorable. I stumbled upon them when I came online this morning to see what I could crochet today, and they won.  Wink
But I'm a little stuck on the beginning of the legs, on round 24.
"To form the leg, continue crocheting in the round over only the last 6 stitches. After one round of six stitches, fasten off."
Would you be able to elaborate on that a bit for me, please?
Do I sort of form a circle by stitching into a sc six behind the hook, and then just sort of follow the circle that makes? I tried that but the legs tended to come out looking a bit pointy and thin, rather useless as legs. Yours seem to have more substance.
And only one round?

Thankyou for the pattern!

You got it correct, actually! Only one round, yes. So the whole leg only consists of 6 stitches in total. Grin The legs themselves are just really tiny nubs, which is also the way these characters are drawn. However, once you start stuffing the body, the body will appear to flow into the legs, with just the little nubs sticking out as feet. So at that point, it will appear a lot more natural. Be sure to push a small amount of stuffing into the legs from the top inside. Also, when you're stuffing, have the character stand on the table to see if the legs are level. If not, put some extra stuffing in the slightly too short leg.

thanks Wayuki!  and that your Zephyr Snuggles for asking that question, because I'm sure I'd be lost at that point too!

I love piggies, and I've had a Boo bag for years, everyone comments about the pattern and the piggies.  It;s starting to fall apart now, so I'll have to recycle the fabric.

I will make LOADS of these, they are sooooo cute.

I'll have to hide them from my kitty though as he steals all the small amirugumi  I make.

Thanks so much for sharing.
