i got a question..

how can you strengthen your hair?
i dyed my hair so many times it getting really weak. :/
and im planning on dying it pink.. right now i don't find that a good idea. but i can't just not dye it. (bc my hair is black right now and my roots are showing)lol i look bauld sometimes

any ideas?

CONDITIONN!!

and try to lay off anything that could harm it like blow dryers, straighteners (sp) etc. im not sure what kind of conditioner or if theres something else that would work better becuase ive never had to deal with it and i just dont know much.

the conditioner that you get with hair dye works really really well

Biotin makes hair and nails stronger because it supplies your body with more protein. (It's this pill you take everyday, and is sometimes in hair shampoos and whatnot)

If I hadn't taken cosmotology and had a horrible time with rollers, I would try it. But probably screw up.
