beautiful_madness, you look like I always imagined Sleeping Beauty in my head when I read it when I was little! Weird!

This may be for sale on my etsy:

i cut my own hair. i obsessively dye my own hair.

it's probally the most unhappy mop to sit upon a human being's head.

dont mind the crappiness of the photo, it's a picture i took for www.threadless.com to show off one of the t-shirts i bought.
it's the only picture i could find with my hair right now.

I rather dislike my sewing machine.

porkydork, just curious...and i might sound like a moron here...but why would a myspace img tag suggest a faker? like, would that mean it's not her pic?

so here is the saga of my hair
all of my life, i had long, really curly, dark brown hair. one day in fifth grade my mom offered to dye it lighter. thats when it allll began.
so i tried blue streaks, it came out green, decided to do pink.

you can kind of see them there. so i did that for about 2 years. then this past year, i cut my hair really short, modeled after kelly osboure ( i kinda look like her)

you can kind of see it there
then it grew out a little

those pictures were taken like five minutes ago
and now i wear it curly sometimes (i must remind you, my har is naturally curly)

so this year i was planning on going back to the whole pink thing but my mom kept on putting it off! so finally shes going to let me do it BUT i want to bleach my whole head so bad.......

DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF ITS OK FOR ME TO BLEACH MY WHOLE HEAD? she would do it, its just that shes afraid shes going to ruin my hair. i need someone to let me know that from experience, they are sure that bleaching whole heads will not damage your hair!!!!

fewf, that was a bit more than i planned to write.

have a great summer everyone!

It's okay to dye your whole head, however, bleach is damaging to your hair, but only a little bit. Bleaching any amount of hair is damaging, but nothing major.

Hey guys,
Sorry about all the old broken picture posts. I no longer have the files!

I've been wanting to dye my hair ever since I saw this thread, you've inspired me! I have my mum pretty much convinced, which matters since I'm still young enough that she dictates my every move.

I've decided on Special Effect's Cherry Bomb.

I want to dye from the tips of my hair to about an inch up, I was wondering what I should do to get a straight line across?

Also does anyone have any experience with this color of dye, how does it look when it fades, and I have naturally dark blonde hair, is it still necessary to bleach with this color?

thanks zombie teeth! ive bleached my hair before but only in chunks. i figured that if i want my hair to be blonde, i can bleach it and then put blonde dye over it to repair it and make it smooth, yanno?
