My blue faded out, so I switched to teal and pink.

It's subtle when my hair is down...

...but when I put it up, it's crazy.

ok so.  i have a question.  i have a pretty severe cowlick right on the front of my head.  however, i used to have bangs and when they looked good, they looked REALLY good and i loved them, however, because of my cowlick it was a gamble as to whether they'd look good or not.  so does anyone have any tips on how to control a bad cowlick or are bangs just a lost cause for me? Sad

i don't have a cowlick, but a friend of mine has about 3 really bad ones, and she has bangs successfully. (side bangs, mind you)

what i suggest is after you wash your hair, before you do anything to it, brush your hair the way you want it, then bring the blow dryer above your head, and point it down on your bangs, making sure your bangs get dried exactly the way you want them. (pretty much going in the opposite direction the hair is going naturally).

i hope this makes sense. also, you could try using a thick headband to keep them down

hey everyone, two nights ago I put pink streaks in my hair with beyond the zone raspberry kamikaze. they looked awesome. I washed my hair this morning and now they are gone. I used herbal essences shampoo and conditioner afterwards. the only reasons I can think of the pink going bye-bye are either the shampoo or the fact that I henna'd my hair about a month ago.
Does anyone know what happened? should I try with a different pink dye?

thanks,
ragdoll

ragdoll, i have acctually used that exact brand in several colors including that one. mine also faded pretty quick, but not that quick. I think its because its only semi permanant

i think it may be because of the henna

i tried manic panic and it alos washed out with the first wash. now i have to redye my hair red in some way because i really want the red hair more than anything, although i still want pink streaks in it... unless i use a chemical dye for the red. does anyone have any good suggestions for red hair dye?

to be this color instead of
this color

sorry about the huge pics
