Now that the baby has been born, I really want to dye my hair.  I've have had it a million colours, but for the last couple of years have only been using perm black.  So, my hair was down to my butt and totally fried, so I cut it just below my shoulders and pretty much all of it is my natural hair (drk brown).  So my question is, if I use only Manic Panic black or something else semi-perm (any suggestions welcome) without bleach, will it damage my hair in the same way, and will it even show up?

Manic panic won't damage your hair at all. It's a vegitable based dye I believe, so it actually conditions the hair.

semi or demi don't damage your hair. they're conditioning. the only thing is, it washes out kinda fast. especially black. but, it's ok to re-do it all the time cause it doesn't damage.

Can someone tell me if the wet-dry straightener works? The one that you can just get out of the shower and straighten it, and its dry and straight?  You would think that it would fry your hair...

i've used 2 brands. one was a less expensive one from target or something, and it wasn't too bad. i have course curly hair, and it did an ok job.
then i've used one called T3 tourmaline or something, and that was a lot better, but it was $200.

but it's better than to blow dry it then flat iron it. it takes the water out, but keeps the needed moisture in. they don't fry your hair AT ALL. they made mine pretty soft.
