I was bored with my hair, so I attacked it with an assortment of leftover dyes.  I think it's Virgin Rose, Fishbowl, Manic Panic Ultraviolet, and a bit of some other Manic Panic pink dye.  Manic Panic has never worked well for me, but the SFX dyes I had wouldn't be nearly enough.

so i posted on like page 12 or something which as we all know was like 8976897 years ago. since this thread is doomed to haunt my "new replies yoyr posts" folder for life, I thought i would post my hair. I always dye red, just different shades each time. tHis
time it was "radiant ruby" (I judge hair colors by their name, this one gets and A+ for remind me of Rancid's "ruby soho")

Now the wintertime is coming,
The windows are filled with frost.
I went to tell everybody,
But I could not get across.
Well, I wanna be your lover, baby,
I don't wanna be your boss.
Don't say I never warned you
When your train gets lost.

No thread is doomed to haunt you forever. Wink  All you have to do is delete your original reply and no more 2-year-old "show new replies."
Ta-da! Just for future reference, of course!

And I must say, I love that shade of red. It looks -great- on you!  Did you do that yourself? If so, I must know what brand!  Grin

genius! How did I never think of that?
Thanks for loving my shade of red. I was born a blonde but I feel  much more comfortable as a red head. I did do it myself. It's Clairol #44 "Radiant Ruby" But I must warn you the smell of the conditioner is an aphrodisiac to certain boyfriends Wink

its funny how sometimes people aren't born with the right natural hair color. mine should be pink.

Normal:

"Blood Red":

"Blue Velvet":

The Blue Velvet turned out as more of a blue violet, but a lot of complete strangers gave me compliments, so I guess it's a good thing. I was upset at first, but then I fell in love with it.

You've got to believe that life is more than the sum of it's parts, kiddo.

Hmm.. okay well I posted my hair a while back... but it's different now. It used to be (naturally) an irritating orangeish colour. Like so:

So I finally convinced the mrs to let me dye it. She wouldn't let me do it all the way, but I managed to get around her limitatiations and get the whole under part dark brown and dar red, then streaks in the same colour plus blonde on the top part. I ended up with this:

Evenually I'd like to go all brown.

spirals420 ... I love that!  I used buzz the back of my head when I was in high school. I loved the way if felt when it was growing in ... it was so soft.

It looks great!

Same here!! I have thin hair but lots of it and the undercut made it less poofy - and freaked out my ridiculously gilry chickfriends!!
