The red color looks really good on you tovi!  I think it brings out your skin and makes you look brighter.  I'm guessing those are straw curls, right?

There's so many cool colours and styles on here it really makes me want to change mine again Smiley

Currently it's past my shoulders, the bottom is faded out black hair dye (I love how black turns red/gold when it fades) and the top half is my real 'dark blonde' colour.

And it may be a really stupid thing to say but what do people think about a hair party/crafting session?  Huh

Organised kind of like the craft swaps except people in the same area physically get together, go nuts on each others hair (yeah you've got to be kind of willing for a crazy cut I guess), the dyes could be semi permanents  just in case.

And the results could be posted on Craftster...

ooo...and then everyone could make neat things for their new hair, like decorate bobby pins, twisties, etc.

Not a very good picture but it's the only decent one I have on this computer at the moment...

It's black in the back, although I'm trying to grow the black out now...so I've been dying my roots red. I'm afraid I may be forced to go back to something reletively natural soon and I'm going to miss it so much. I've had these red highlights for a year now, I'm really attached to them and I think they suit me well.

I first had it done when I agreed to be in a hair show waaaay back and thought "ah well, I have funky hair anyway...I'm sure they can't possibly do anything too horrible." Here's what I turned out with:

HA! And that's my reaction when I first looked in the mirror (I actually had to parade myself around the convention for a while before they'd even let me see it). But once I went home, took off all that rediculous makeup and combed it down, it actually looked really good and I've been dying it myself ever since.

Feedthesquirrels, you've totally inspired me, I need to get a bunch cut off again and color the crap out of it! So there front office job!
