natural green huh? that's interesting.

well there's some hugmungo reply on here from me featuring most of my recent unnatural haircolors. but i dyed it again last night..
unfortunately..
my camera is broken.
so, phone picture! yaay.
anyway.. it's.. naplam orange by sfx, nuclear red by sfx, permanent black and random chunks of bleached. it's basically orange with a giant black chunk on my bangs/side, a black layer on the bottom in back, a red layer above that and red on the bottom layer of my bangs and the opposite side.
that was confusing.
but, yeah. my hair is pretty gross because all i had to keep the dye from spreading onto the streaks i wanted to keep blonde was petrolum jelly.
and petroleum jelly.. really doesn't wash out.
(ew-o.)
i'm also kinda pissed because tehy don't sell yellow dye anywhere near me and ordering it takes soo long and stuff. so my "fire" look was not completely achieved.
i still got a couple hotwheels comments today though  Wink

i have never died my hair before..i spray dyed it black and red once, which is big for me, but it washed out that night. i was thinking of using that dye mouse stuff ( loreal color pulse) in iced coffee. they wash out so my parents wouldnt kill me. im natural light blondeso it would show up well....hmmm the possibilities Grin

I'm in desperate need of a new hairstyle. My only issue is that I work in a hospital so they're pretty strict about what I can do to my hair.  Undecided
"Back in the day" (ha) I used to dye my hair all kinds of colors (have had black, blue, pink, magenta, green, red, all kinds of blonde, browns,)-- most recently (2 years ago) I had bleach blonde on top and cherry red on bottom.

I'm just kinda over my hair right now though- I haven't cut it in so long. I do actually have bangs but they're getting kinda long and pushed back into my hair lol.. It's just long and plain-- any suggestions?

SLB I used color pulse once, a reddidh brown shade and my lightblonde hair turned pink. It was kinda cool but not what I wanted. I didn't read the package all the way the color it showed was what a person with brown hair would look like with it, Blonde wasn't on the box. Just make sure you get the right color I'd hate for you to get weird colors you don't want.

yeah color pulse is like the weakest hair dye ever. if you don't want something drastic go with that because it washes out faster than you can say "buh-bye cool new color".

I've found out lots of ways of lightening and darkening hair, but fickle old me can't find any ways of making it redder... I've heard cranberry juice works, but can anyone verify this for me, please? And is there anything else that does?

I can only imagine the conversation Day had with his barber:
"okay, I want it sort of shaggy, but not too messy. A little foppy, but not too emo. Maybe a little mowhawk, or fauxhawk, but not too pretentious. A little John Stewart, but from this season, not the last one. How about this, Mr. Barber: You just cut my hair in a way that you think women who fondle fabric, tattoo their towels, and knit with doghair and garbage bags would like."

AMC- my hair is almost the exact hair color in your avatar pic. im not going for a red, its called iced coffee so its a light brown, so would that just make it dirty blonde?

this should be the pic of the color with the box...thing.. http://www.mychemist.com.au/images/color_Pulse_icedcoffee.jpg

did you try the red copper spritz? thats the reddest thing on this ad i have...
