I save everything!!  Even white trash beer from august of 08'(that is when we had our last white trash party).  My bf is always trying to throw things out and he would have dumped this beer if I wouldn't have stopped him.  I told him that I wanted to use it to make soap and he was like "yeah right"  so I showed him.  Yesterday I made this wonderful beer soap and fragranced it with a ginger bergamot EO blend.  The soap is all natural(unless there is something funky and unnatural in beer that I am not aware of) and I recycled materials for the packaging.
This is what I came up with:

The packaging was made using a paper grocery bag, a page torn from a magazine(I am a magazine whore so I have plenty lying about the house), inkjet printer and glue runner.

White Trash Beer Soap

lye solution:
12 oz. Keystone Light Beer(can be substituted with white trash beer of your choice)
6 oz. sodium hydroxide

base oils:
18 oz. olive oil
12 oz. palm oil
9 oz. palm kernel oil
5 oz. cocoa butter

additives:
4 tbsp. ginger bergamot EO blend(purchased from WSP)
2 tsp. yellow powder pigment

So this is my entry for the 2nd B&B challenge.  Hope everyone enjoys it!!

This is full of win! Grin

I forgot to say that the labels are super cool, too! Another thing to file under the "Why didn't I think of that?!" category!  Smiley

I love them! I really like the line of darker color in the center of them! And the wrappers are a GREAT idea!
